After cleaning, the vaporizer is environmentally friendly, safe, and non-corrosive, which can ensure that the vaporizer is used for a long time.

In addition to cleaning the vaporizer, what should I do if the vaporizer is severely frosted?

If the vaporizer is not used for a long time, the temperature of the vaporizer is too low in winter, which will cause the vaporizer to frost, and the water vapor in the atmosphere will condense and pre-cool the ice crystal when the pipe is not insulated.

A slight leakage of liquid at the welded joints of the LNG vaporizer pipe will cause icing. The icing starts from the pipeline. If the vaporizer is only frozen below, it may be caused by a leak in the pipeline. Use the vaporizer in winter. Deicing must be done for a period of time. You can use water at room temperature for irrigation, and wait for the ice to melt before turning it on for inspection.
LNG air-heated vaporizer operating procedures 1. Check the tightness of the equipment before use, check with a clean and dry nitrogen tightness test, and use a pressure gauge with a precision of 1.5 or above for testing. The test pressure is the highest working pressure, and the pressure is 30. Minutes without any leakage is considered qualified. If the cryogenic liquid vaporizer is found to be leaking, the leak should be found in time, and the manufacturer must be contacted immediately, and the hidden danger can be eliminated before it can be used.

2. First, close all the liquid supply and exhaust valves in the system, and then slowly open the liquid supply valve. When frost and fog appear outside the pipe, slowly open the exhaust valve, and then gradually open the exhaust valve until the equipment reaches the rated air volume. , Stabilize the valve opening.

3. The operation of larger turbochargers should be especially careful. Each time you open the liquid supply valve (or switch), it should be very slow. Generally, the valve opening time is controlled at about 20-30 minutes. After the equipment is completely cold, open the valve and open all seats. . The performance of pre-cooling is that the whole equipment does not have any shrinking sound. To prevent the sudden cold shrinkage of the heat exchange tube of the equipment from generating strong stress during butt welding and causing leakage.

4. If the air outlet temperature of the equipment is too low, causing frost in the outlet pipe, it indicates that the liquid inlet is too large or the continuous use time is negligible. At this time, the liquid supply valve must be closed immediately to prevent transition, and the frost outside the pipe should be removed in time , Increase ventilation equipment or take other corresponding measures to prevent low temperature gas from causing cold brittleness to the equipment outlet pipe and causing explosion. Generally, the frost formation during normal gasification is about one-third, not more than one-half. If the frosting range is exceeded, immediate switching or measures must be taken.

5. Degreasing treatment: The liquid oxygen carburetor is absolutely oil-free, and the staff should wear oil-free insulation gloves and protective glasses when operating, so as to avoid contaminating the equipment and injuring the operators. When it is determined that the turbocharger is contaminated by oil, the heat exchange tube or the contaminated part should be degreased and cleaned. The specific steps are as follows:

(1) Repeated washing with hot water at 60~80℃.

(2) Blow off with nitrogen heated to 80-100°C and confirm that it is dry without oil.

(3) When the oil pollution is serious, acetone should be used for cleaning, and finally, the nitrogen heated to 80~100℃ is used for blowing at a speed of 20M/S, and the drying is confirmed.

(4) For pollution in special circumstances, the manufacturer should put forward a cleaning plan and complete the cleaning process in the factory.

(5) Be vigilant when cleaning and blowing, and wear gas masks, eye protection and other labor protection products when cleaning.
