The outer cylinder head of the storage tank is divided into the following points:

1. Art provides the processing drawings of the outer cylinder head.

2. The blanking size of the head is in accordance with the requirements of the spinning head factory.

3. Scribing, blanking, cutting, groove processing (blunt edge 6mm, 35 degree groove) of the head plate, manual welding of the back of the group (electrode 507).

4. Submerged arc welding, welding wire H10Mn2, flux 431. The back is protected by a longitudinal flux pad, the back is cleaned by carbon arc gouging and the metal luster is polished with an angle grinding wheel, and the back is welded by submerged arc welding.

5. According to the requirements of the drawings, the seal is spun, and the groove is processed as required. After the seal head is spun, 100% radiographic inspection is performed on the weld, and it is Class III qualified.

6. Scribe a line on the right head and open a hole for the connection pipe. The opening position should avoid the weld and the distance is not less than 100mm. Use a grinding wheel and a grinding head to polish the groove.

7. Assemble welded joints, transition seats and vacuum pipes.

8. The left and right heads are the final closing welds of the outer cylinder. The head and lining plate are paired, the argon arc welding spot is fixed welding, the lining plate and the head side gas shielded welding are intermittently welded, and the welding is 100 to 80, and the lining plate and the groove of the head are welded by argon arc welding.

9. The inner surface of the head shall be sandblasted to remove rust one day before the inner and outer cylinders are assembled, and a layer of anti-rust paint shall be applied to the outer surface after rust removal. Paint on the inside is not allowed.
