LNG is stored in tanks and transported by road to the storage LNG refueling station. At the unloading station, the LNG tanker is pressurized by the unloading booster, and the pressure difference is used to send it to the low-temperature LNG storage tank of the storage LNG refueling station. Under non-working conditions, the temperature of LNG storage in the storage tank is -162℃, and the pressure is normal pressure; under working conditions, the storage tank booster pressurizes the LNG in the storage tank to 0.4 MPa (the following pressure is not specified, All are gauge pressure).

The pressurized low-temperature LNG flows into the main air-temperature vaporizer by itself, and is converted into gaseous LNG after heat exchange with air, and the temperature is increased. The outlet temperature is -10℃ lower than the ambient temperature, and the pressure is 0.3Mpa; when the air-temperature vaporization When the temperature of the natural gas at the outlet of the device does not reach 5°C or more, the temperature is raised by a water bath heater. After measurement, the pressure is adjusted again to the user's demand pressure (generally 10-30KPa), and then distributed to each gas unit.

Advantages of LNG as a vehicle fuel:

(1) The energy density is large, and the car has a long driving mileage. The natural gas contained in the same volume of LNG vehicle storage tanks is 2.5 times that of CNG storage tanks. At present, large-scale foreign LNG trucks can continuously travel 1000-1500km at one time, which is very suitable for long-distance transportation vehicles. The domestic 500-liter cylinder can be continuously driven for about 400km in the urban area at one time, and it can be continuously driven for more than 700km on the expressway.

(2) Convenient transportation. Because it is liquid, LNG is convenient for economical and reliable long-distance transportation (within about 600KM), and the construction of LNG vehicle refueling stations is not restricted by the natural gas pipeline network. On land, tank trucks of 20-50m3 (equivalent to 12000-30,000Nm3 of natural gas) are usually used to transport LNG, which is similar to the way that diesel is transported to LNG vehicle filling stations. Tank trucks can also be transported by train or ship as needed. . At sea, LNG ships of up to 120,000 to 130,000 m3 are usually used for long-distance transportation.

(3) The composition is pure and the discharge performance is good, which is beneficial to reduce pollution and protect the environment. Due to the removal of sulfur and moisture, LNG has a cleaner composition than CNG, and the emission performance of LNG vehicles is better than that of CNG vehicles. Compared with fuel vehicles, the harmful emissions of LNG vehicles are reduced by about 85%, and they are called truly environmentally friendly vehicles.
