(1) The main switch has tripped. It may be that the load is too large or the gas pressure regulator is short-circuited. Check whether the load is too large. If it is a short-circuit, replace the gas pressure regulator coil.

(2) The ammeter does not display. First of all, if the load is too small and the current is too low, just adjust it normally. Second, if the negative current transformer or ammeter is damaged, the current transformer and ammeter need to be replaced.

(3) The voltmeter does not display. The voltmeter does not display because there is no output voltage. Check whether the main switch is tripped, the voltmeter is burned out, and whether the gas regulator has adjusted the voltage.

(4) The gas pressure regulator has sparks. This is because the carbon brush of the gas regulator is in poor contact. Use sandpaper to re-sand the surface of the gas regulator to check whether the components of the carbon brush move freely and whether the spring pressure is sufficient.

(5) The gas pressure regulator cannot adjust the voltage. In this case, the motor is generally damaged and the motor needs to be replaced.

(6) The gas pressure regulator emits smoke, and the internal components of the gas pressure regulator are seriously damaged, so the operation should be stopped immediately.
