The barrel section of the storage tank in the production process:

1) Use wide and long plates as much as possible for the outer cylinder to reduce the length of the weld.

2) The diagonal tolerance of the plate must be confirmed before cutting the cylinder plate. When the deviation is too large, the plate edge should be cut twice.

3) Blanking, cutting, edge planing (beveling) and bevel processing (blunt edge 6mm, 30 degree bevel) of the cylinder board. Choose the inner groove for the longitudinal seam of the cylinder.

4) The cylinder plate is connected to the plate assembly, manual welding spot solid welding, groove surface submerged arc welding, back carbon arc gouging to clean the root and polished with a grinding wheel to make the metallic luster, back submerged arc welding.

5) Before reeling, use tooling to take the lead at both ends of the barrel, and the size is confirmed according to the sample.

6) Rolling drum body of plate rolling machine. A 4-claw sling must be used when hoisting the slab, and the sling should be used to support the cylinder when the cylinder is more than half rolled to prevent the cylinder from changing its diameter or collapsing.

7) The forming size must be confirmed with a template when rolling.

8) After the barrel is qualified, the manual welding spot is assembled and fixed.

9) Install the longitudinal seam support mold of the outer cylinder body, and the installation position of the support mold should ensure that it can be welded.

10) Submerged arc welding is used to weld the longitudinal seam of the barrel section, the back is carbon arc gouged to clean the roots and the metallic luster is polished with a grinding wheel, and the back is submerged arc welding.

11) Both ends of the cylinder are installed with the outer cylinder circumferential seam welding supporting mold, and the roundness of the cylinder is optimized by the screw adjustment. Remove the longitudinal weld support mold.
