The process characteristic of LNG gasification station is "low temperature storage and normal temperature use". The design temperature of the storage tank is as low as -196°C (LNG storage temperature is about -162°C), and the outbound natural gas temperature is required to be no lower than the ambient temperature of about 10°C.

The cryogenic storage tanks, valves, pipelines and pipe fittings of LNG gasification stations have better cold insulation performance.

The equipment, pipelines, instruments, valves and accessories in the low temperature area of the LNG gasification station have good operating performance under low temperature conditions, and have good mechanical strength, sealing and corrosion resistance.

The gasification equipment is required to meet the design requirements and achieve the maximum gasification flow rate under ordinary climatic conditions.

Cryogenic storage tanks, vaporizers, pipelines, and filters are all pressure vessels, so their management must be managed as pressure vessels. If welding, altering, repairing or moving the position of the pressure vessel on the body of the pressure vessel, it must be reported to the pressure vessel inspection unit.
