The process of the storage tank self-pressurization system: using the storage tank pressurization system, when the pressure of the storage tank is too high or too low, it can pass through the storage tank booster to keep the storage tank within the normal working pressure range.

Main vaporization and BOG vaporization process: LNG in the storage tank enters the main vaporizer from the bottom outlet of the storage tank (two of the main vaporizers are selected for replacement), and heat exchange occurs with the external environment through the heat absorption fins of the main vaporizer. The outlet medium of the vaporizer absorbs heat and becomes NG. At the same time, the BOG on the top of the storage tank enters the BOG vaporizer, so that the BOG is also fully heated and vaporized.

Safe release process: In the system, safety valves and manual release valves are installed between the valves. The released EAG gas passes through the EAG heater and flame arrestor to achieve a safe release function.
