2. When the gas station is used, all the construction personnel wear anti-static work clothes and wear protective equipment to enter the operation area. Items with potential safety risks are strictly prohibited to be brought into the construction site. Smoking and cell phone dialing are strictly prohibited at the construction site.

3. Determine the warning range of the site and use the warning line to protect the construction site. Non-relevant personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the warning range.

4. Fire fighting equipment or fire fighting equipment and warning signs shall be placed in the construction area.

5. Electrical equipment and tools for construction should be placed in the upper tuyere of the construction tank or within a safe distance.

6. Before construction, the electrician should check the equipment and tools, ground the wire, make safe preparation for electricity use, and make sure that the refueling unit connected with the working tank is power off before opening the tank.

7. Use explosion-proof tools to open the filling port when prying the filling station.

8. After lifting the manhole cover, add a fire blanket or asbestos pad. When the residual oil in the pumping pipe of the pumping pipe flange is removed, it should be properly handled in time to prevent the lower part of the flange from falling off and collision with the bottom of the tank.

9. Operators wear anti-static work clothes, wear explosion-proof headlights, breathing apparatus, and tie safety rope to clean the remaining oil in the tank. (There is a special person responsible for the safety rope and breathing apparatus at the tank mouth, and always pay attention to the situation inside the tank, and the tank operation will be changed every 3-5 minutes)

10. Ventilate the tank for 20-30 minutes, and all personnel shall be at a safe distance within 10 minutes before ventilation.
