Before each filling, the storage tank should be visually inspected to see if there is any damage, and whether it is clean and meets the conditions of the liquid operation performed. If damage is found (such as severe dents, loose joints, etc.), it should be repaired as soon as possible.

  All storage tanks are filled with low-purity nitrogen to prevent water from entering the storage tanks. Therefore, the storage tank should be thoroughly purged with suitable gas before filling.

When filling the storage tank with cryogenic liquid, it can be transported by cryogenic pump or by pressure difference.

①. Make the transmission pipeline as short as possible. Long uninsulated transfer lines can cause filling losses and increase filling time.

②. Liquid will remain in the pipeline between the two valves. When the two valves are closed, the cryogenic liquid remaining between the two valves will vaporize and cause overpressure in the pipe section. Therefore, the pipeline must be equipped with a safety device (safety valve).

③. Shorten the filling operation time as much as possible.
