①. Tie the top lifting ears and leg lifting ears with ropes according to the lifting instructions (the storage tank top lifting ears are used for the lying tank, if no lifting ears are provided, the outer side of the saddle can be used for bottom lifting).

②. Remove the chain, rope or support that fixes the storage tank with the truck bed.

③. Raise the storage tank slightly a few inches, and check that there is no connection between the storage tank and the trailer.

④. Remove the storage tank from the trailer and place it on the floor mat, or if the floor mat is under construction, place the storage tank in the designated storage area.

Precautions for placement

If storage tanks (especially larger storage tanks) will be installed at the customer's location, the following factors should be considered before installation:

The first consideration is that the location of the storage tank should be dense, easy to operate, and close to the liquid delivery point.

There must be solid soil conditions to prevent the equipment from being damaged during installation and storage. Make sure that the foundation of the storage place is far away from the drainage ditch.

If the storage tank is placed outdoors, the location should be such that the storage tank and related equipment (if any) will not be exposed to or under an environment where the flammable liquid pipeline or the flammable gas pipeline is damaged.
